At SLIKE DIANA, we ship our products internationally.
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
2. International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping to eligible destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
The customer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges unless free shipping is specifically offered at checkout or through a promotional offer.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
